 The beauty and innocence of bears is tragically undermined by their contact with human beings – in a garbage dump. Under the merciless scrutiny of the video camera, the people themselves become a kind of weird animal. – R.S
Su Rynard is an award-winning director of film and video. Rynard's work has met with acclaim at both Canadian and international festivals. She has presented works at the Toronto International Film Festival, Italy's Festival Internazionale Giovani, the Hong Kong Film Festival, Kijkhuis in the Netherlands and the Festival International du Nouveau Cinema et de la Video Montréal.
