Cross-Canada Tour

The Planet in Focus Touring Program

Since the inception of the Cross Canada Tour in 2005 we have reached thousands of new audiences in hundreds of communities across Canada, the United States of America and beyond. This is an essential component of Planet in Focus which allows us to advance the exposure of our films while reaching new audiences.

We are uniquely positioned as the only organization of its kind to have such a wealth of educational, entertaining and inspiring environmental film and video programming.  And it’s our pleasure to share this valuable resource with exhibitors across the planet.  Our archive of environmental film works is the largest of its kind in North America with over 2200 titles from over 80 countries around the world and presented in all genres.  Choose from our “Best of PIF” collection, our youth collection or perhaps you’ll come across a long lost treasure in our online archive!  Whether its one film or dozens, we will help you create a memorable film experience in your community!

Our 2008 touring program is now closed for the season as we gear up for our signature festival in October.

The touring program will resume in November of 2008.  Organizations or individuals interested in hosting a Planet in Focus Cross Canada Tour stop should contact Myan Marcen-Gaudaur at myan@planetinfocus.org after the first week of November.

During our signature event each fall the world comes to us but during the year, we go to the world!
