Syria, drama, 2002
9 mins. (Digi Beta)
Themes:

Throughout history, Damascus, the oldest continuously inhabited city in the world, was watered by Barada, the small but generous river, with its seven branches on different levels. Through a teacher's trip with her young students, we discover what became of this river. Barada, as a film, is a shout against ignorance, negligence and pollution. Against the devastating catastrophe that the river and Damascus are facing.
