March 2005, on the ice of the Saint-Laurence Gulf (Canada), the world biggest marine mammals killing is about to start. On a ship, the Farley Mowat, a group of Sea Shepherd eco-warriors is going to do what ever they can to protect the seals. Unfortunately, the old boat hits the first ice and starts sinking... Rescued, but not repaired, the Farley Mowat turns into a ghost ship, not welcome in any Canadian harbour. The 'Seal Campaign 2005' is turning into a mission against misfortune... Yet, on March 31st, eleven Sea Shepherd crew members are arrested on the ice.
