Palestine's have a right to water. This statement by the head of the Israeli Tema/Joint Technical Water Committee starts the 24 minute documentary Blue Gold. The documentary goes on to explore the water conditions in the West Bank, in particular in the Hebron area and the work done to help alleviate some of the water problems. Interviews with Palestinian and Israeli negotiators, international lawyers, Palestinian villagers and Israeli settlers tell part of the story of water for Palestinians.
