The Asian Tsunami at the end of the 2004 may have brought out more evil than anyone could have anticipated. The lure of coastal land, long in the hands of fisher-folk communities, was too much for those coming to lend a hand during the scramble of emergency assistances. This project was born from collaborations amongst several in field organizations who agreed that solutions much be found with a long term sustainable vision; where the community can grow rather than be at the receiving end of the help lines.
