According to the UN, desertification affects more than 2.6 billion people in 110 countries. It plagues more than one third of the earth's land area, and already affects more than 65% croplands worldwide. With more than 3 billion cattle, sheep, and goats, the world's pastures are being pushed beyond their sustainable limits. In this doc, we look at how deserts and desertification are changed the world, and affecting Asia in particular.
