End of a Myth presents an uncommon shark-human relationship. Most people have no idea that sharks can display non-aggressive behaviour and that under certain circumstances, it is possible to interact in harmony with them. This film definitely does not want to make people believe that sharks could be held like pets, but wants to motivate people to learn about sharks and to understand that these top predators have a very important role in the ecological balance of our oceans.
