Phaust Chemicals plans to build a new plant to make a new formulation of an existing product that is being savaged by its competition. One engineer, Fred Martinez, has a professional and ethical responsibility to minimize the possibility of an accident occurring and affecting those people who happen to live near the plant in another country, a thousand miles away.
