Lapinthrope is a narrative dance film shot entirely on location in Toronto. Dance and story are tightly bound to tell the story of a girl taken in as a foundling by rabbits. Returning to humankind, Anna-Lapin must face the pain and troubles of being different in a conformist world. The foundling myth has universal appeal and Lapinthrope is a stark fairytale that crosses generations.
