Canadian Army Soldier Francois Miller was sent to Persian Gulf on a supply ship. One night, an alarm wakes up the crew as a cud missile flies over the ship. The crew members are given an anthrax fascine which has never been tested. 13 years later Francois Miller tells the story of this fight for the recognition of his illness the Gulf war syndrome.
