Dene-indian Mary Ann Kkailther, mother of eight, tells her own story. The Dene community in northern Canada depends on the traditional livelihood; hunting and fishing. Their way of life is threatening by the uranium mining that has been going on during the last fifty years in traditional tribal areas.
