Toni is a Swiss who devotes his life to the construction of footbridges in remote regions of the world. With his Ecuadorian friend Walter, he has built 150 bridges out of used material recovered from oil companies. In 2001, Toni directed his energies towards realizing a new dream: building bridges on two continents at the same time, in Mexico and Cambodia. The film recounts how this builder of bridges embarked on his journey on both sides of the Earth bringing men and women together.
