A young marine biologist, Antonella Servidio, and her team are dedicated to uncovering why the incidence of stranding among deep diving whales has gone up in number. Having found a decimated population of deep diving whales, she travels halfway across the globe, gathering evidence for her theory that marine sonar technology used by the Navy to detect “terrorist submarines” is to blame.
